This one found in my lift in Ixelles, written by the cute mozart living downstairs. So this is the belgian way of writing passive aggressive notes (ok, its not really one, its only a note, but im sure such a text will follow) ..and if no one puts an angry note in the lift, I’ll start to play my cello during inhuman hours (“inhuman”, is that an english word..cant remember, im losing it big time, been here too long..;P ) and im sure someone will then be kind enough to write a pa note. ;D Ha.
